Every pill box and medicine divider is inspected for defects during packaging. After mass production, QC staff conduct random sampling of 1% or 1–200 pieces. Our factory inspection standards cover damage, appearance, snap fit, opening/closing function, pressure resistance and other customized tests.

Certain items pass automated cycling tests, water tank tests and compression tests. We also arrange random third-party inspections regularly.

Inspection Process for Pill Boxes & Plastic Cases

1. E-link manufactures all products with 100% virgin plastic raw materials. The food-grade raw materials are SGS certified, free of toxins and heavy metals.

2. Besides machine tests, molding operators check shape integrity and functionality after plastic cooling.

3. Once products move to assembly & packaging lines, line workers inspect for defects during assembly.

4. After full mass production, QC inspectors randomly select finished goods for manual or mechanical testing per internal inspection standards.
